Happy Ice has returned to the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort with its signature Philadelphia-style Italian ice and the frozen treat company’s first fully all-natural menu.

The dessert company has once again brought its rainbow-colored cart to Downtown Disney, offering guests a refreshing way to cool off during the busy summer season.
Happy Ice specializes in Philadelphia-style Italian ice made with fruit-forward flavors and premium ingredients.
It’s located near the LIVE! Stage, Sunglass Hut kiosk, and Parkside Market. A large crowd was gathered for the opening, and tape was used to create an organized queue line.
The menu features new specialty flavors. Kid cups are $8.50, regular cups are $10, and large cups are $12.
Here are the flavors:
- Cloud 9: Watermelon, Lime, Blue Raspberry, Pineapple
- Rainbow Rocket: Every Happy Ice Flavor
- Summertime: Mango, Strawberry, Watermelon
- All Star: Cherry, Blue Raspberry
- Time Machine: Cherry, Mango, Dole Pineapple
Add-ons include Condensed Milk (+$2), Chamoy (+$2), and Ice Cream (+$3).
The Downtown Disney District location has Happy Ice’s first fully all-natural menu, featuring handcrafted Philadelphia water ice made with real fruit, pure cane sugar, and premium ingredients, free from high-fructose corn syrup and artificial dyes.
Guests will also be introduced to JOY-LATI, a new layered dessert featuring Italian ice, vanilla sweet cream, sauces, fresh fruit, and nostalgic flavors such as Banana Pudding and Strawberry Shortcake.
These are $13.95 and include the following:
- Peach Cobbler: Peach Ice, Peach Sauce, Peach Chunks, and Ice Cream
- Banana Pudding: Banana Ice, Banana Pudding, Nilla Wafers, Bananas, and Ice Cream
- Strawberry Shortcake: Strawberry Ice, Strawberry Sauce, Cake Crumble, Strawberries, and Ice Cream
The company was founded in Los Angeles in 2017 and has expanded from a single food truck into a popular Southern California dessert brand known for its cheerful presentation and colorful frozen treats. One of Happy Ice’s business partners held up a plaque honoring founder Lemeir Mitchell.
