Vanilla Sponge, Strawberry Filling, Chantilly Cream, White Chocolate Pinwheel
The vanilla, strawberry, and Chantilly cream work well together with no overwhelming flavors. The cupcake is just a tad dry but the cream and filling in each bite helps overcome that deficit.
It was served cool and looked cute with the white chocolate pinwheel. Make sure you eat that decor early, though, as it will melt in the heat.
The filling has the flavor and consistency of strawberry jam. Ultimately, this cupcake spins a nice little flavor package for those looking to take a break from chocolate. You might struggle with it if you don’t like texture differences.
