Kids aren’t the only ones celebrating during this year’s Cool Kids’ Summer at Walt Disney World Resort, now that teachers and educators get a discount on Disney Springs hotels.
Teacher Discounts
Teachers and educators can take advantage of special summer rates at Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, with savings available at several hotels near Walt Disney World.
The offer is available to teachers and educators from the United States and Canada. Bookings must be made between May 11 and August 31, 2026, for travel from May 26 through September 7, 2026.
Participating Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels
The teacher discount varies by hotel, with savings of up to 25% off the best available rate at select properties.
Participating hotels and their respective offers include:
- DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area — 25% off Best Rate
- Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando – Disney Springs Area — 20% off Best Rate
- Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace – Disney Springs Area — 20% off Best Rate
- Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area — 15% off Best Rate
- Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area — Up to 20% off Best Rate
- Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa – Disney Springs Resort Area — No Resort Fee, a $39 value
- Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area — 25% off Best Rate
While these hotels are not Disney-owned resort hotels, Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels are located near Disney Springs and offer several Walt Disney World vacation benefits.
Guests staying at Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels receive hourly bus transportation to the Walt Disney World theme parks, though exact shuttle schedules vary by hotel.
Guests also receive 30-minute Early Entry to the Walt Disney World theme parks each day, allowing them to enter before the general public. The hotels also offer access to the Passport to Savings booklet, which includes discounts and special offers at select Disney Springs restaurants, shops, and kiosks.
Golf benefits are also available, including the ability to book tee times up to 90 days in advance and receive discounts on greens fees and rental equipment at Walt Disney World golf courses.
The special teacher rates are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, existing reservations, or group bookings.
Room rates do not include taxes, gratuities, resort service fees, daily parking fees, or other applicable charges, though the Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa offer specifically waives its resort fee.
