After we announced its closing on July 13 for refurbishment, Der Teddybar has reopened as of yesterday at EPCOT, and the Kidcot location has also moved.
Der Teddybar Reopens
During our visit, we noticed that the Germany Pavilion teddy bear shop Der Teddybar is now reopened after a brief closure.
Now that it is back open, guests can once again purchase Steiff teddy bears and other goods from the shop, decorated with all sorts of children’s toys.
The Kidcot spot has also moved inside the teddy bear shop. You can find it stationed in the room near the registers.
The other day, we saw the Kidcot station temporarily located inside Das Kaufhaus, blocking the doors that connect the shop to Volkunst Clocks and Crafts. Das Kaufhaus is also open at this time.
Volkunst is still closed, with a table blocking the front entryway.
