Refurbishment work appears to be done on the far right exterior of Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Scaffolding, scrims, and walls have moved to the next section of the resort’s main building.

When we reported on the refurbishment back in April, construction walls and scrims were on the four rows of hotel room balconies on the far right. Now scrims cover the next four rows of balconies. Construction walls are on eight balconies in the following rows.

There are still some scrims on four balconies at the top of the building on the far right.

Behind the lower scrims, we could see some crew members working. Scaffolding has also moved closer to the resort’s main entrance.

Speaking of the main entrance, columns have recently been repainted a fresh white.

Construction at Contemporary Resort began in September 2024. Though originally scheduled for completion in September 2025, Disney later said it would last through July 2026 and then changed the timeline to the end of 2027.
