The exterior refurbishment at The Hollywood Brown Derby continues with the installation of supports in the restaurant’s patio area.

Brown Derby Refurbishment

An exterior refurbishment at Brown Derby, which began last month, is moving forward with supports installed along the patio. The patio is home to the Brown Derby Lounge, which offers drinks and smaller bites.

We can see that multiple supports have been installed on the patio, further supporting the rumor that Cast Members told us last month that a large shade structure is being installed over the area. In the past, umbrellas have shaded the area, as seen below:

The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge is still operating, but at the restaurant’s smaller side patio area. Disney still has not announced details of the refurbishment.
