- A seventh “Smellephants on Parade” statue inspired by citrus has been installed in Magic Kingdom.

- Employees at five Disney Springs restaurants owned by Patina Restaurant Group have announced plans to unionize.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- M. Mouse Mercantile will close for refurbishment starting mid-May at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Disneyland Resort
- Construction walls have come down around Centrico, Paseo, and Tiendita at Downtown Disney District, offering a first look at the new concepts.
- New menu items are coming to Pym Test Kitchen and Pym Tasting Lab in Avengers Campus.
Disneyland Paris
- Studio 1 has now closed at Walt Disney Studios Park, ahead of its transformation into World Premiere and the park itself into Disney Adventure World.

- The 2024 Marvel: Season of Super Heroes has begun at Hong Kong Disneyland, and with it comes a new daytime stage show and nighttime drone show.

- Disney has shared another construction update from Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, the new private island destination opening this summer.

- The first trailer for “Mufasa: The Lion King,” the prequel to the 2019 “The Lion King” remake, has been released.
- “Tron” star Jeff Bridges is set to return for “Tron: Ares,” the third film in the franchise.

- Ahead of its premiere, Disney has announced the streaming date of the new National Geographic documentary, “EPCOT Becoming: Inside the Transformation.”
