All 1,246 Disney Treasure staterooms have officially been installed as the ship gets ready to take its maiden voyage on December 21, 2024. The final stateroom was placed within the ship a few weeks ago at Meyer Werft Shipyard in Pepnburg, Germany.

A long hallway with walls and doors under construction, featuring various sketches and notes on some doors, almost like pieces of Disney treasure. The floor is covered with protective material.

Though the rooms are now aboard the ship, they were actually built in a factory off-site before being installed. At the factory, each cabin was loaded onto a slow-moving conveyor belt and team members worked on building out the components of the room as it moved. These components included everything from plumbing to furniture installation. Once a cabin was completed, it was then loaded onto a semi-truck and transported to the shipyard. There it was slotted into its proper spot aboard the vessel by a crane.

This is just the latest construction update regarding the Disney Treasure as it gets ready to welcome guests next year. In the last update, significant progress had been made on the ship’s upper decks.
