Celebrating Reopening at Everything POP with Tie Dye Cheesecake & Flashback Oatmeal Creme Pie

Everything POP has partially reopened its food court from refurbishment and we ordered a Tie Dye Cheesecake and Flashback Oatmeal Creme Pie to celebrate.

Tie Dye Cheesecake – $5.99

cheesecake with a velvet cake base and food coloring

A slice of rainbow-colored cake on a white paper plate with a colorful rim, placed on a patterned tablecloth with circular and geometric designs.

The Tie Dye Cheesecake is a psychedelic delicious treat and a staple for Pop Century. The cheesecake itself was super soft and not too sweet. The bottom is not a typical graham cracker crust, but rather it is a red velvet cake base. We really enjoyed this alternative. Our only complaint is that the food coloring will turn your mouth blue, but it was worth it.

A slice of rainbow cake with vibrant layers is on a colorful disposable plate. The background shows a cafeteria with red chairs and tables.

When you cut into the cheesecake the tie-dye effect is throughout the cake. You can also see the red velvet base better in this picture.

We will definitely be getting this again.

Flashback Oatmeal Creme Pie – $5.99

Oatmeal-Raisin Cookie Sandwich filled with Marshmallow Crème topped with Dark Chocolate and Cinnamon Glaze

A hand holds a large oatmeal cookie decorated with white icing in a flower pattern, brown chocolate lines, and multicolored sprinkles on a bright, patterned surface.

The cookies that make up this pie are made with raisins and nuts, adding a bit of texture to the soft treat. There is cinnamon and dark chocolate glaze on the top of the cookie to give it a cool flower power design.

A hand holds a sliced cookie with a white cream filling. The cookie appears to have bits of nuts and is decorated with colorful toppings. Red chairs and tables are visible in the background.

The marshmallow creme in the center tasted more like straight icing and made our teeth hurt from the sugary sweetness. If you enjoy oatmeal cookies, you will probably enjoy this treat more than we did.

Between the two treats we tried, we would recommend the cheesecake over the creme pie. Don’t let the colorful food dye deceive you — it’s genuinely a good cheesecake.
