• Disney has now confirmed that Maestro Mickey’s, the store located in Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, will be starting a phased refurbishment beginning in a few weeks.
• A bridge at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort has been seriously damaged in a truck collision.

• Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps is in theaters now, and to celebrate, guests can meet some pretty fantastic characters at Disneyland Park, including the eponymous heroes and their robot pal HERBIE.

Disney California Adventure

• Plaza de la Familia is returning to Disney California Adventure this fall to help celebrate the Spirit of Día de los Muertos with some new and returning menu items. The celebration will take place from August 22 to November 2, 2025.
• The show Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! has now added a new marquee to the exterior of the Disney Theater in Disney California Adventure.

New Merchandise

• Disney has shared a first look at two new sippers coming to Disneyland Resort for Plaza de la Familia, including designs inspired by Coco and Dante in his Alebrije form.

• Disney has shared the first photos of several bronze character statues that will be coming to Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris, which is soon to be renamed Disney Adventure World.

Disney Cruise Line

• Disney Cruise Line has shared some new pictures of the new Spider-Man stern character, which has now been installed on the Disney Destiny.

Universal Orlando Resort

• Passholder Appreciation Days are returning to Universal Orlando, and the resort has now released more details about this year’s event.
• According to a WDWNT source, the Universal Orlando Resort Team Member starting wage is increasing.

Epic Universe

• A pair of Universal Orlando Resort buses caught fire outside of Epic Universe.

Entertainment and Media

• The iconic basketball-playing golden retriever will be returning to theaters in 2026 for Air Bud Returns, which was just announced this week, along with a new poster.
• The original soundtrack for the Disney Starlight parade has now been released online with most streaming services as of July 25, 2025.
• During a scene in the new Marvel film The Fantastic Four: First Steps, music played in the background is the song Nation on Wheels from the Disneyland PeopleMover.
