We all know this is the year of the Mouse (as far as Disney Parks are concerned.) It’s the World’s Biggest Mouse Party! Celebrations for Mickey’s 90th birthday continue in full force. Today marks the beginning of Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration at Magic Kingdom. With it comes a whole array of new entertainment, merchandise, and specialty food and beverages to commemorate the event.
Most importantly, though, Minnie and Mickey are sporting some crisp new duds as part of their Surprise Celebration. Mickey Mouse’s crisp white suit features a shower of colorful confetti, while Minnie will dons a puffed sleeve dress adorned with pom-poms and a buoyant bubble skirt for the celebration. From now through September 30, 2019, you can take photos with this snazzy duo together—and admire their new outfits!
The meet-and-greets start at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM, depending on when Extra Magic Hours are available. It is located in Town Square Theater on Main Street replacing the Magician Mickey offering.
Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration has now begun at the Magic Kingdom! But that’s not all! Celebration Central is your one-stop shop for all things #Mickey90. Here, you can pick up party invitations, do some coloring, and even leave Mickey a birthday message in the Celebration Guest Book!
Talk about going all out! Mickey and Minnie spared no expense.
