It’s beginning to look a lot like a silver Christmas over at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. This week, holiday decorations went up at the property, so we stopped by to check them out.
Guests who arrive at the valet and drop-off entrance are greeted by white and silver garland on the support poles outside.
The entry doors are covered with white and silver garland, while inside hangs a large wreath to match.
The lobby’s check in desks are colorful as always, and feature a matching wreath to go with each shade along the backsplash.
A central blue and silver garland strand hangs above a Menorah to celebrate Hanukkah.
Guests were seen taking photos in front of the Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party background in the lobby.
To the far side, the kids TV viewing room features a small Christmas tree with some detailed sketch ornaments.
This year’s Christmas tree at Art of Animation features white branches with brightly colored lights and ornaments.
Each different ornament represents a sketch from one of the movies represented in the resort’s themed buildings.
Out the back entrance and under more garland is the pool area, which also has been decked out with additional silver garland.
At the Ink & Paint Shop, the store has been decorated with silver garland accents and Christmas trees.
The Landscape of Flavors quick service dining hall features large silver and white Christmas wreaths hanging in the windows.
Outside at the bus stations, large silver and white garland hangs, much like that near the valet drop-off entrance.
That does it for our visit to Art of Animation. Stay tuned to more updates from the holidays from WDWNT.
What unique decorations!
