The water taxi service in the Disney Springs area, including the nearby resorts, is closed indefinitely due to low water levels.

The Sassagoula River Cruise boat transportation, which runs between Disney Springs, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, Disney’s Old Key West Resort, and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, is currently unable to operate with the river levels at their current height.

At this time, Disney is unable to predict when the water levels will rise enough to resume service. Additional bus transportation between those locations is being provided to accommodate travel.
