The Citrus Blossom is back for another year for the 2020 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. With proteins such as lobster and chicken mixed with citrus flavors like lemon, orange and mango, these should create some juicy and yummy flavor combinations.

Lobster Tail with Meyer Lemon Emulsion and Grilled Lemon (GF) – $8.25
For being one of the main dishes of the booth, the lobster is just fine. It isn’t anything special, really. It does come on a stick, so that makes it easier to eat, versus having to extract lobster meat while walking through a theme park.
Tuna Tataki Bowl with Spicy Yuzu Glaze, Mango, Avocado and Pappadam Crisp – $6.25
The tuna is fantastic. It’s flavorful, well-spiced, and presented beautifully. The cracker it’s served with is somewhat unnecessary and the drizzle of spicy Yuzu glaze was a bit too heavy for our liking. The mango in the dish was fresh and added a sweet finish to the tuna. For tuna fans, it’s still worth getting due to the sizable seared tuna slices you get with it, but we felt that last year’s version of the dish was a bit better.
Crispy Citrus Chicken with Orange Aïoli and Baby Greens (GF) – $5.75
For the price, you get a really thick cut of crispy chicken that’s incredibly well-prepared. The aioli is definitely on the citrusy side, but it’s understated. All in all, a very nice dish.
Citrus Shortcake: Orange Chiffon Cake, Lemon Curd, Mandarins, Whipped Cream and Citrus Crumble – $4.50
The best way to describe this cake is that it’s just… plain. Despite the nice presentation, nothing really stands out here. Definitely skip this item.
Orange Cream Shake in a Souvenir Orange Bird Sipper Cup (non-alcoholic) – $15.00
It looks like you’re consuming blended bird brains, but it’s actually just a delicious, orange citrus cream shake!
Orange Sunshine Wine Slushy – $6.75
The wine slush is amazing. It’s just sweet enough, with creamy citrus flavors to make it pop. This is definitely a booth favorite. The non-alcoholic version that comes inside the Orange Bird Sipper is great, too.
Beer Flight – $9.50
We really enjoyed this beer flight, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it if you were looking to try a sampling of beers from this booth.
Islamorada Beer Company Coconut Key Lime Ale, Fort Pierce, FL (5.0% ABV) – $4.50
From Untappd: “Cruisin’ on idle, listening to some tunes, and sipping on this mild Coconut Key Lime Blonde Ale will get you on Island Time no matter your location. The smooth taste of Key Lime and Coconut will lower your latitude and bring you back to the Islands.”
First Magnitude Brewing Lemon Hefeweizen, Gainesville, FL (5.2% ABV) – $4.50
From correspondence with First Magnitude Brewing Company, their Lemon Hefeweizen is a traditional German-style wheat beer, made with a yeast that gives off notes of banana, clove, and vanilla. This is complimented with the use of Lemondrop hops which “impart a light, zesty citrus aroma and lemon zest.”
Heavy Seas Brewery TropiCannon Citrus IPA, Halethorpe, MD (7.3% ABV) – $4.50
Heavy Seas Brewery says their TropiCannon Citrus IPA “packs a full blast of blood orange, grapefruit, mango and lemon flavor.” The company also “introduced dried grapefruit, orange and lemon peel in the brewing process and added mango, blood orange and more grapefruit post-fermentation.”
