Disney has released images of the reimagined Main Street Confectionery, which opens September 29th at the Magic Kingdom.
Now being sponsored by Mars Wrigley, the turn-of-the-century sweet treat shop boasts a colorful candy wall which features 38 varieties of M&M’S and SKITTLES. Disney is also promising “interactive opportunities” that will allow guests to play in the shop.
Guests can get a front row spot at the candy kitchen area to watch cast members make and decorate goodies like the character-inspired candy apples and Mickey crisped rice cereal treats. There are also more than 30 new items you won’t find anywhere else at Walt Disney World.
Some already-released 50th anniversary candies and treats will be featured, along with 4 new items for “The World’s Most Magical Celebration”.

Because during a pandemic the right decision is to put in loose serve yourself candy… Bravo management…
Give that a rest already….no one is worried about covid on surfaces anymore….that was done last year
And now the Main Street Confectionery has lost all its charm….just what I wanted….a wall of skittles and M&M’s. So disappointed
They had m&m’s before….its just on a wall now…., plus…they have tons of other disney treats…..no “charm” has been lost
Isn’t there a shop like this for M&M oh wait there is in Disney Springs
