The Craftsman’s Courtyard returns for its third appearance at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts in 2024. “Gather ‘round for delicious grilled meats and bold, coffee-infused sips.” The 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts runs January 12 – February 19, 2024.

*NEW* Grilled Pork Belly with Salsa Verde, Broccoli Rabe, Pickled Peppers and Raclette Cheese on Grilled Sourdough – $6.75
The pork here is more akin to a pork loin, but it is quite sizable, tender, and delicious. The accompaniments and the giant glob of cheese on top bring a lot of added flavor to the dish, all complemented by the sourdough bread taste that permeates the aftertaste. It’s a solid dish overall. We’d rate it a 5 out of 7.
*NEW* Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak with Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms, Blue Cheese Fondue and Arugula on a Grilled French Roll – $7.00
The skirt steak is a sandwich, which isn’t mentioned in the title. The bread looks like it would be really hard, but it was quite soft. The steak is tender and well-cooked, accented with rich cheese and sweet caramelized accompaniments. We’d rate this a 6 out of 7.
BrewDog Jet Black Heart Nitro Oatmeal Stout, Columbus, OH (7.0% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.
From BrewDog: “Jet Black Heart is back; back in black. With an amped up 7% ABV, this Nitro Oatmeal Stout is decadent to the core and loaded with heaps of oatmeal, delivering a red carpet of silky opulence. It’s overflowing with notes of bitter cacao, roasted coffee, and dark berry fruits. It’ll plunge you into the deep, dark, abyss.”
Cold Fashion Coffee Cocktail – $11.50
We enjoy coffee-based cocktails quite a bit, so this was also right up our alley. It’s strong but smooth, with a hint of citrus. If it hits 40 degrees again, we’re not sure we’ll be having one, but we suspect we’ll find enough warm days to have a few of these over the next month. We rate this a 6 out of 7.
