Avocado Toast with Marinated Tomatoes and Plant-Based Cheese Crumbles on Toasted Ciabatta – $6.25

Rank out of 7: 3
The avocado toast fell flat this year. The avocado spread felt low quality and the tomato wasn’t bursting with flavor. The cheese was fine, but it was a forgettable dish.
Shrimp and Grits: Blackened Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese Grits with Brown Gravy and Sweet Corn Salsa – $7.75

Rank out of 7: 5
Four shrimp came in a boat filled with sauce, corn, and grits. There’s a nice lingering spice to the entire dish that isn’t overpowering. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. The only real complaint we have about this dish is that there weren’t enough grits to really enjoy the sauce. It’s really a simple thing that could change day to day based on who’s preparing the food. Regardless, it’s a tasty dish that’s well worth the price.
Biscuit and Gravy Featuring Impossible Sausage Gravy with Pepper Jelly – $6.75

Rank out of 7: 2
Last year this dish included Impossible chicken fried steak and we didn’t like it. Unfortunately, the Impossible sausage and pepper jelly version isn’t an improvement. The biscuit is chalky and dense. The sausage is good but the gravy isn’t. The pepper jelly gives it a little kick but not enough to save the dish.
Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with Cream Cheese Frosting and Candied Bacon – $5.25

Absolutely phenomenal. It’s not advertised, but these are also cream-filled. The crispy, flakey, cinnamon covered exterior matched with a rich cream and the hint of bacon makes for a glorious combination. These would be an item we would get every time we visit EPCOT if our diet would allow it. It’s also a pretty solid serving size for the price.
Fruit Cereal Shake: Vanilla Soft-Serve and Fruit-Flavored Breakfast Cereal (Non-Alcoholic) – $5.00

We were excited to try this, but it was beyond even our expectations. The shake tastes like a bowl of Froot Loops, maybe one that has been sitting there for a bit, when the milk has absorbed some of the sugary, fruity flavor of the loops. The milky ice cream flavor mixed with this sweet, sugary tinge of Froot Loops makes for a shake you simply must get if you are going to this event. We also don’t recommend using a straw as it’s rather pleasant to get the crunch of the actual Fruit Loops with the burst of flavor from the shake.
3 Daughters Brewing Coffee Blonde Ale, St. Petersburg, FL (5.0% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with 3 Daughters Brewing: “Discover the unexpected with our Coffee Blonde Ale, where the rich, roasty flavors of coffee meet the smooth, light body of a blonde ale. This unique brew offers a delightful twist on the traditional, blending the invigorating aroma of freshly brewed coffee with subtle malt sweetness and a hint of vanilla. The result is a perfectly balanced ale that’s both refreshing and satisfying, with a bright golden hue that belies its bold coffee character. Ideal for any time of day, it’s the perfect choice for those who appreciate the nuances of craft beer with a coffee lover’s twist.”
Peach Bellini – $11.50

This is a very champagne-forward drink. We had a bit of a problem as most of our peach flavoring was found sitting at the bottom of the glass, but after we gave the drink a good stir, everything mixed together nicely. Our biggest gripe is that this is a bit on the smaller side for the price, and there are probably better options available at another kitchen. However, this drink is refreshing and fruity should you choose to give it a try.
