Cheddar and Bacon Soup Served with a Pretzel Roll – $6.25

Cheddar and Bacon Soup Served with a Pretzel Roll – $6.25

This soup is creamy and has bacon bits throughout. Hints of cheddar cheese make this the best soup on property. It is very hot out for soup, but it still hits the spot. We recommend dipping the pretzel bread into the soup. As good as it is, the price is still a bit high for the portion, but year after year, we keep coming back.

The mashed potatoes are very good, and we wish there were more of them. They’re beyond delicious! They have a cheesy flavor to them. We mixed in the butter with the potatoes, and they were even better. They’re perfectly rich and a great new addition which helps make us feel like we’re getting our money’s worth. The filet is cooked to about medium. It remains to be one of the best items, as it’s well-cooked with really good flavor and quality. (In all honesty, this dish almost taste too good to be at the festival, especially in terms of the high standard of the beef.) Compared to a lot of the other dishes, this filet is the king of the festival!

*NEW* Collective Arts Brewing Pilsner, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada (5.1% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.

From Collective Arts Brewing: “Our new Collective Pilsner is a refreshing take on a classic German pilsner. It’s clean, easy-drinking, and has a subtle hop flavor… This fuss-free pilsner is made for when you’re looking to kick back and relax with a cold, crisp beer.”
