Star Tours: The Adventures Continue is now officially open at Disneyland! If you aren’t braving the 4-5 hour lines to ride the attraction today, then enjoy your air conditioned room and the wonderful ad Disneyland Resort has made for the occasion:

On Friday, May 20th, at 10:30 AM ET, Star Tours was officially opened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios with a huge ceremony and a few big surprises. We start this special report with photos of the festivities:

At midnight on May 20th, before opening to the general public, Star Tours was opened to select guests chosen by the Disney Parks Blog for a special meet-up.
