For more information and to order tickets, head to Disneyworld.com, call 407-W-DISNEY or contact your travel agent. You’ll want to get these tickets early, because certain popular dates may sell out fast. Reservations for event-night dining and dessert parties will open later this summer.
All set for Nov. 14th. Thanks for the post.
This is ridiculous starting the holidays so early, take the pleasure out of them for many people.
No one is making you celebrate at any time. The fact that others enjoying something makes you unable to enjoy it yourself is kind of troubling.
I just booked Oct. 31st and Nov. 9th. Halloween day is REALLY expensive though with $115 but i hope this will keep the crowds a little bit lower as it is a Tuesday and the days around it are cheaper also. But as we are only spending 15 days in Orlando this is the only chance we can go to both parties. And coming from Germany is a very expensive thing by itself so we definitely want to experience all special things that are possible.
Now a party ticket is officially as expensive as a full day. Disney would be fool not tot dramatically increase the regular admission ticket price to around 350 bucks.
People have loudly spoken that they’re dumb enough to pay for 5 hours inside the park the same thing they pay for a full day
I think it’s unnecessary for you to call others dumb for purchasing party tickets. Please understand that some people may enjoy it, which does not require you to feel the same. I hope that next time you will consider writing positive and constructive comments.
But it is dumb to pay that much for that party. The fact that people enjoy it has absolutely no weight on making paying that much money wise or dumb. The fact that it costs as much as a whole day is what makes it dumb.
If the price was a fraction of a day’s ticket (which is what it used to cost, around 50% to 60%) it would be both fun and wise (or at least not so dumb). But at this price is just dumb; fun or otherwise.
Even dumber if you consider that now they let a lot more people in than when it was 50-60% the price of a day’s ticket. Waiting in a line for 90 minutes for a photo op with a character (which is what’s happening now) makes it dumber.
The idea of the party besides the party favors, parades & fireworks (which are made public later that month) was for lower wait times at rides and shorter character lines. Not only you’re paying the same rate as a day’s ticket but you have the same wait times or even longer waits than those of a regular day. If that’s not dumb…
