Do you have a MasterCard and are you going to Disneyland Paris? Make sure not to miss a new benefit you can get! Holders of a MasterCard can now reserve special seats for performances of Mickey and the Magician in Walt Disney Studios Park.

The reserved seats are close to the stage, so you are almost amidst the action! Cardholders can ask for up to four special tickets to a selection of shows, depending on the season. The MasterCard tickets can be reserved for free at City Hall in Disneyland Park or at Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios Park. One reservation per day and per cardholder. Tickets are subject to availability and there is no priority access. We do advise that you get these tickets upon arrival to the park as they are quite limited.

You are advised to arrive thirty minutes before the show. After presenting your tickets, they let you in through a door on the left of the Animagique Theater, and then you are placed in the lower section of the audience. In June there will be flyers with all the details.

Mickey and the Magician is a magical musical spectacle that replaced Animagique in 2016. In the show, Mickey is cleaning the attic of a magician while aspiring to be one himself. During the cleaning of the items in the attic, magical friends appear that try to help find Mickey’s magic. The show was awarded with an IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions) Award for Best Theatrical Production.

  1. It looks like a very entertaining show.

A quick question to those who have seen it. The dialogue in the show is in both French and English. And the songs appear to be in English only. Does they make it difficult to watch for audience members that only speak one (or neither) of the languages?

    • The show is really good to follow for people that only speak one language. If you don’t speak either of them, it’s good to know what the show is about (Mickey is cleaning, but wants to be a magician). Even then it’s still a nice musical spectacle, that is very enjoyable!

  2. Love your articles Henk! Where are the Mastercard seats? Are they in the front two rows or somewhere else? Thanks!
