Sebastian’s Bistro restaurant at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has updated its dining hours. The new Latin-inspired seafood restaurant will now serve lunch from 12-3pm and dinner from 5-10pm, so make sure to consider this when booking your next trip to Walt Disney World.
Additionally, the resort’s pool bar, Banana Cabana, has also altered its hours of service, beginning an hour later, at 12pm.

Just got home from CBR Monday. The quick serve food is the worst I’ve ever had on Disney property. The menu for Sebastian’s Bistro is kind of scary. After viewing the menu, and trying to eat the other crap they were dishing up at Center town Market, we decided to pass and make the trek to Disney Springs for real food. There is no goat on the menu at STK where we ended up eating. Never again staying at CBR. Good food is a must, and it’s just not happening there.
