While we’ve got #ArtfulEpcot on the brain, Disney still has three other festivals to plan for this year and they’re working hard to feed the festival machine. Now in its 26th year, the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is a celebration of flora, fauna, and of course, food. What separates it the most from its other festival counterparts is the addition of intricate topiaries featuring favorite Disney characters from movies, attractions and more. This year, we’ll have the addition of a new Bo Peep and her Sheep topiary from Disney•Pixar’s upcoming “Toy Story 4”. The shepherdess, which is getting a new look for the upcoming movie, will greet guests at the festival’s new Family Play Zone.
Over the years, they’ve really brought these topiaries up a notch, and many times it’s hard to believe they’re truly made of all plant matter.
The festival, which spans 90 days, starts March 6 and runs through June 3. Stay tuned as we bring you the latest for that festival, but for now, get ready for the upcoming Festival of the Arts!
