Apparently everyone’s favorite villain, Maleficent, is returning to Magic Kingdom today to take back her rightful place in the Festival of Fantasy Parade. It looks like she’s had some work done… but we’re supportive of her glow up.
Disney has even provided us a video to reassure us of her triumphant return:
While she still has her same Steampunk style and signature wicked smile, the Maleficent dragon will be sporting a refreshed look, enhanced with new safety features designed to keep her in check. After all, we wouldn’t want her bursting into flames like she did back in May. While no one was hurt after the incident, Disney quickly switched to a… far less spectacular Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip float for most of the rest of the year.
We missed you, Maleficent! Go on with your bad self.
