PHOTO REPORT: Disney Springs Construction 1/8/19 (Jaleo, NBA Experience, ETC.)
We’re looking forward to all the new additions coming to Disney Springs this year. We took a trip over to check out all the updates!
First, we stopped by to see the progress on the NBA Experience. The side paneling is going up.
Paneling has started to go up on the front of the building as well. But there is still much work needed before it opens later this year.
Right across from the NBA Experience, the crew is hard at work on finishing up the new restaurant, Jaleo. It looks like there is a little more work needed before this restaurant debuts. According to the sign, this is “coming in 2018.”
You can still stop by and play the new Kingdom Hearts III demo. Wait times are significantly lower now than when they first opened. So whether you were waiting for lower crowds, or just want another chance to play, now is the time.
The gingerbread display in Amorette’s has been taken down. I’m sure we will be seeing many new desserts this year, especially around Valentine’s Day.
Potion Purple ears are plentiful at World of Disney. We’re excited for the upcoming Annual Passholder event where we’ll be getting even more purple merchandise!
The Spunky Stork has moved from their temporary spot to nest in their new location. We’re excited to stop by and check them out when they settle in. We just love the cute designs!
Goofy’s Candy Co. is still offering freshly made cotton candy. We can see the seasonal flavors are still available as well. It’s for a limited time, but hopefully it stays for good.
We will continue to update you with the progress at Disney Springs. Are you excited for all these new experiences?
