RUMOR: Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway is Coming to Disneyland Paris, Another E-Ticket Attraction to Follow

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway is opening this Fall at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and has still yet to be announced for Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California despite being all but confirmed at this point, but a third version of the ride is likely approved for Disneyland Paris already. In addition, the original park in Paris will reportedly be adding another large attraction just months after that to keep the momentum going.

If all goes according to plan, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway will be opening up in Fantasyland between the “it’s a small world” and Star Tours attractions. We have detailed the ride scenes, the vehicles, and more for this attraction already in the lead up to the first version opening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The Paris version will likely be built and open around the same time as the Anaheim counterpart in 2021-22.

UPDATE: Details on the Ride System and Vehicles for Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway at Disney's Hollywood Studios

As for the other E-Ticket attraction that will follow that, it sounds like something is coming to Adventureland. Rumors claim it could be a more intricate Indiana Jones ride than the existing roller coaster, or perhaps something themed to the live-action Jungle Book (like the attraction being kicked around for Epcot), but only time will tell what makes it off of the drawing board and into the park.

Disney has yet to announce the significant investment in the original Disneyland Paris park, but of course has already announced a multi-billion dollar expansion of Walt Disney Studios Paris which is about to get underway. Well keep you updated as more info becomes available.

  1. I really wish it was a ride unique to WDW. I hate that they’re copying and pasting attractions instead of being more creative.
