With Mobile Order quickly taking off at Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort’s counter-service dining locations, Disney is looking to enhance the experience with a new look and easier ordering for guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions.
This update is currently available in the Disneyland App for Disneyland Resort and will arrive soon in the My Disney Experience App for Walt Disney World Resort. It features easier navigation and a fresh design with new icons and more photos of menu items. Also, navigation will be easier for guests with certain allergies or dietary restrictions to discover the options that accommodate their needs at participating locations.
More than 20 participating quick-service restaurants offer Mobile Order at each resort. Meal and snack orders can be made from anywhere in the park, with payment in advance. Upon arriving at the restaurant and tapping “I’m here,” your order will be ready to be picked up at a designated window within a few minutes.
