REVIEW: PB&B – Bacon, Peanut Butter, and Banana Crepe Available at Aristocrepes for a Limited Time

Did you know that February 2nd is national crepe day? Well, we did, and Aristocrepes at Disney Springs has rolled out a new specialty crepe just for the occasion!

It’s a PB&B crepe, featuring peanut butter, bananas and bacon. Sounds pretty impressive, right?

Aristocrepes specialty crepe

Yes, it is! It’s really fantastic. It’s a beautiful blend of banana slices, creamy peanut butter, and crispy chunks of bacon tucked into a fluffy crepe. It’s topped with creme, peanut butter crispy pearls, and a decorative white chocolate piece featuring the Aristocats. Too cute!

The crepe is warm, and you can see the peanut butter oozing out. The creme on top looks a bit like ice cream, but it tastes more like a whipped sour cream. It’s an interesting taste, and it grew on me, but I would definitely order another one without the creme on top.

Peanut butter and banana is a can’t miss combination, but adding bacon just brings it to another level. And I’m all about it. The peanut butter is very smooth and creamy, almost runny. It’s more of a peanut butter sauce rather than glob of actually peanut butter. That makes it much more enjoyable to eat. The highlight of this crepe is the giant pieces of bacon mixed in. They’re chewy, with just a bit of crunch. So good!

It’s available for a limited time for $6.99, and we definitely suggest you get over there and get one while you can.

Will you give these PB&B crepe a try?

  1. Sounds like it was creme fraiche on top.
Nothing like oozing and globs to make a crepe appealing.
Waiting for you to be able to review something with using glob, blob, or gob in the review.
