Welcome to an Outdoor Kitchen review for the 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, taking place from March 6 to June 3, 2019. The Refreshment Port is a year-round kiosk location at Epcot, serving the Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup from the nearby Le Cellier Steakhouse, as well as poutine and ice cream. For the Epcot International Festival of the Arts, it added a specialty poutine and beverage.
