It seems those cute character-wrapped buses we spotted just yesterday are far more than meets the eye. In an effort to update resort transportation across property, Disney is rolling out brand-new buses with refreshed interiors, and they now include a vital amenity in this day and age: USB charging ports.

As you can see in the photos, there’s a USB charging port with two USB 2.0 charging docks tucked in between seats to keep your equipment (phones, cameras, etc.) charged and ready for a day at the parks.

Hardwood contrasts against a blue glitter laminate for a new flooring look. New seats feature contrasting grey and blue designs.

These buses are currently testing for guest feedback, running mostly from the Magic Kingdom to the Transportation and Ticket Center. While the busses have yet to receive the character wrap treatment, it is said that they will alll be wrapped as part of their overall new look.

In the meantime, keep a sharp eye out for new character buses! If you spot any of them on property, tag us on Twitter (@WDWNT) or on Instagram (@wdwnt), and stay tuned for all the latest resort transportation news. And if you find yourself riding in one of these fancy new busses, consider yourself #blessed.

Nice Touch Disney!

That is a good idea, because the drivers are ancient and take forever to get anywhere. You’ll need a charge with the amount of time you’ll be sitting on them.

Time for the “buses” vs “busses” discussion to be restarted.
“These buses are currently testing for guest feedback”

“While the busses have yet to receive the character wrap treatment”
