Welcome back. Today’s Epcot photo report will take a look at some ongoing construction projects around the area, as well as some new merchandise, and more! If you’re curious about all of the recent closures around Future World, do check out our Club Cool video walkthrough, plus recent closure signs around various Future World locations, and the new Mickey & Friends Character spot location here.
Let’s take a look.
The JAMMitors are now playing behind Pin Central.
Among many other walls currently filling up Epcot, these lead you almost all the way from Test Track to Mouse Gear. This is for the Future World East pathway expansion.
In the Land Pavilion, you can make Candy Sushi daily at 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM as a part of the Epcot Food & Wine Festival.
At Sunshine Seasons, there’s an adorable Souvenir Remy Straw available for $4.00.
Over in The Odyssey, there have been some scrims up for quite a while now, as well as the new color scheme we brought you late last month. Since then, we’ve noticed a new sliver of that same hot pink added to the opposite side of the building.
At the construction site for the new Space 2020 restaurant, scrims have once again filled the construction site as work resumes after briefly stalling for Hurricane Dorian preparations.
At the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, not much progress has happened since Hurricane Dorian preparation, however, workers began installing this wooden board across the top of the building today.
The new restroom by Refreshment Port is coming along well, with a large portion of the roof being installed quickly. The construction still has quite a ways to go before completion.
Stores around the park have begun putting Illuminations farewell merchandise on sale.
A current look at the Pin Central limited edition offerings show the Figment Annual Passholder pin being out of stock for the time being.
Also in Pin Central is this new UCF football pin for $9.99.
In Mouse Gear, the Figment Dream Friends plush is now back in stock!
In the Germany Pavilion, the Bayern Munich gear display has been switched with the BMW gear display.
In Japan, the popular Detective Pikachu plush has been restocked and is now available again.
That’s all for this week’s photo report around Epcot. Stay tuned to WDWNT.com for the latest updates as Epcot prepares to go under its lengthy refurbishment and more.
OK, sleepy Figment is the cutest thing ever.
