PHOTOS: Colorful New Retro Walt Disney World Apparel Now Available

It seems like everyone is looking for a good throwback style lately. If you’ve been looking for new and nostalgic collections of merchandise, Disney has been delivering. We’ve had Mousercise apparel inspired by the 80’s, Mickey Mouse Club collection inspired by the 90’s, and more. Another new collection of Walt Disney World apparel has debuted at World of Disney and it’s giving us some serious retro vibes. Let’s take a look at this new Walt Disney World 1971 collection.

Tank Top – $34.99

Something about this tank top screams 1971, and not just the giant “1971” in the center. The colors are bright and eye catching against the white background. You can’t miss the giant yellow castle on the bottom of the tank. We noticed this collection really focuses on bright colors, but mainly yellow, orange, purple, and pink.

T-Shirt – $34.99

This castle shirt has purple sleeves with orange and yellow stripes on the sleeves and collar. Pink, orange, purple, blue, green, and yellow stripes go straight across the chest with “Walt Disney World 1971” written in a pink circle. The castle in yellow really pops against the white background.

Hoodie – $49.99

This white hoodie sweatshirt has a purple castle in the center, with colorful stripes on the pockets and arms. There’s a retro Walt Disney World “D” logo in orange above a striped pocket.

The sleeves have thick stripes on the outside, and one hot pink stripe around the cuff.

The inside of the hood is bright pink and the top of the hood says “Walt Disney World” in the multi-colored font.

Sweat pants – $39.99

Who doesn’t need a pair of these bright sweatpants? Colorful stripes run horizontal on the cuffs of the pant legs and the waistband. “Walt Disney World” is written in retro, multi colored font towards the top of one pant leg.

The bright colors are bold and stand out on the white clothing, but if this isn’t your style, there is plenty of other merchandise out there to bring back good memories. Will you be adding any of these pieces to your wardrobe?
