Today, we caught a glimpse of the work going on for the new reimagined World Celebration entrance gardens in EPCOT.
The large concrete planters, one of which is old, and one of which has been in place since early October, have had some dirt shifted around in them, and one small patch of green grass in the original planter can be seen.
White and orange construction barricades have been moved since our last update on this area. Now they are mostly by the base of the new fountain itself.
Next to the fountain base, a large pit has been dug in the dirt with a few mounds sticking up within it. The three equidistant notches for the giant lucite pieces, which will form the central feature of the fountain, can be seen clearly in the middle.
We can’t wait for this new section of EPCOT to open! Are you looking forward to visiting this new fountain and garden space on your next trip?
i am definitely looking forward to it, i hope it’ll be done by December. do you know approx when it’ll be finished?
