If you’ve had a chance to see the Epcot Experience movie, then you might have some idea of the many changes that are going to take place during this transformation at Epcot.

Big changes are coming to the old Wonders of Life Pavilion as it takes on a whole new look and concept. Previously at this year’s D23 Expo, concept art for the exterior of the Play Pavilion was revealed, and we can see that work is underway to transform this arrival area for guests.

Walls now surround the Guardians of the Galaxy construction and Wonders of Life Pavilion, which means there’s some work taking place on the other side.

We could see there was an area of foliage cleared out when we got near the exit of Mission: Space. There are a few plants, but we could still get a little peek through them and see… dirt. Let’s see if we can get a better look somewhere else.

From above, we can see a lot is happening here. There’s a lot more room for construction on Guardians of the Galaxy and the new Play Pavilion.

The base for the old Wonder of Life marquee sign is still there, but the rest of the hill has been cleared. This looks a lot different from our last update.

This area used to be very shaded and full of trees, so it looks a lot different cleared out and just dirt.
