Along with all the changes coming to the parks, the monorails are getting a bit of a facelift as well, from new interiors in Monorail Green to an all-new spiel on the Epcot loop detailing all of the transformations coming soon.

We recently hopped on the Epcot loop and took a grand circle tour of all that’s to come, like the new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Space 220 Restaurant, and revisit old favorites like Mission: SPACE and The Land, plus more.

Check out the new spiel below!

What do you think of the new narration on the Epcot loop?

Where/when can you hear the monorail spiel? I’ve never heard it and appreciate you sharing it. Thx

The narrator sounds a little like Brent Spiner who played Data on Star Trek TNG.

(Sigh) Yet another example of quality control at Disney going south. The recording cuts off in the middle of the word United Kingdom. That might be the monorail hitting a certain point on the track which forces the next portion of the recording, but even if that’s the case, they should have started the recording a few seconds earlier in the trip.

Lol @ the new “space 220” restaurant in the spiel.

It’s supposed to be “space 2020”.

I guess nobody caught that in post – production.

The name of the restaurant really is “Space 220”, The views inside reflect being in space at an altitude of 220 miles about the surface of the Earth.

“Space 220” is the correct name.

It’s going to be called Space 220, not 2020.
