It seems like just overnight, all the parks and resorts went from pumpkins to Christmas lights. We’ve been hopping around the resorts to check in on all the latest decorations, gingerbread displays, and such, and have stopped into Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort today. Coronado Springs and the Gran Destino Tower have decked their halls in anticipation of the holiday season, or Navidad as it might be known in their themed context, so we made our into Coronado Springs to check out their decorations first.
The entrance to Coronado Springs is done up with beautiful flowered garland welcoming guests into the lobby.
Small trees, covered in ornaments and lights, can be found scattered about the lobby. Giant wreaths can be found hung around the check-in desks. This used to be the hub of the resort and the location of the main Christmas tree on display, but it seems it’s all been shifted over now with the opening of Gran Destino Tower.
Garland can be found draped across Panchito’s, too.
Villa del Lago has garland draped around outside as well.
Over at Gran Destino Tower, they’ve also put up decorations and a magnificent Christmas tree in their lobby.
The tree is breathtaking, but in an awkward location for photos due to the large columns framing it to the sides and the position of furniture nearby.
Will you be stopping by Coronado Springs or the Gran Destino Tower to check out their holiday decorations?
The gold decorations are beautiful!
