Things are getting sweet over at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn. One of the highlights of the holiday season at Walt Disney World is the gingerbread displays that appear throughout the resort, such as at the Contemporary, Grand Floridian, Yacht Club and the new addition of Wilderness Lodge. Today, the miniature gingerbread version of Disney’s Boardwalk opened for guests’ viewing pleasure.

The display can be found in the resort’s lobby, directly across from the front desk.

The display even includes boardwalk planks.

There’s a wedding gazebo complete with a carriage and two white stallions. 

For sports fans, the ESPN Club is represented, including the unique and recognizable hand and dumbbell that sits on top of the building.

This delicious looking tree features festively dressed Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto.

The Boardwalk Bakery is the centerpiece of the display.

Mickey and Minnie are busy in the kitchen whipping up heaps of tiny holiday treats.

A gumdrop wreath hangs above the bakery’s door.

A gumdrop star adorns the top of the bakery’s tree.

The Boardwalk’s most prominent restaurants also make an appearance.

The tree between the two gingerbread restaurants features a chef’s coat, a grater, measuring spoons, and other kitchen supplies.

Outside of Flying Fish is a nautical themed tree.

Oh and there’s this nice little outdoor seating area!

A sign lists how much of each ingredient went into making the display. That’s some heavy lifting!

After looking at all of that gingerbread and icing goodness, you’ll probably be craving a treat of your own. Across from the gingerbread display, guests can purchase an array of pre-wrapped yummy sweets.

There’s also specialty beverages available for purchase.

At Dundy’s Sundries, there’s merchandise available to commemorate the gingerbread display. This adorable mug is $24.99.

A limited edition pin celebrating the Boardwalk’s gingerbread display is available for $17.99.

We also found this Boardwalk ornament is the shape of a peppermint candy. It features Santa-clad Mickey and Minnie. It’s $14.99.
