For 2020, Halloween starts earlier than ever at the Magic Kingdom, with the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party taking place starting August 13th.
This year’s party starts a full three days earlier than last year’s party, which began on August 16th.
The party dates for August are as follows:
August 13, 15, 18, 21, 25, 28
It’s unknown whether the popular Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Pass will go on sale this year, but we’ll know more details as we approach spooky season.

I was wondering where you got these dates from. I was just “chatting” with a Disney rep on their website and they informed me that they have not released any dates yet and will not confirm anything. I want to make sure before we book our trip. Thank you!
The Magic Kingdom is listed as a 6pm close, which they only do for parties.

That’s not always true. Sometimes will also close Early for private events. I would not book anything until we see actual dates from Disney.
