Hello from EPCOT! Let’s check out the park and see what all is going on!

First, we popped into MouseGear where we saw these Mickey & Minnie Runaway Railway ride vehicle toy trains available. We first found them a few weeks ago at the Conch General Store at Disney’s Old Key West Resort.

Over at the future Space 220 Restaurant, we noticed that the gray concrete portion of the building is getting its own coat of Disney’s signature “Go Away Green” paint.

On our way to check out The Seas and The Land, we saw a few of these merchandise stands open. The stands are scattered throughout the park to help make up for lost space while MouseGear gets a full remodel.

Next, we ran over to The American Adventure to see if Regal Eagle: Craft Drafts and Barbecue got a sign yet. The restaurant still lacks a sign, but workers were busy installing roofing.

We took a loop through the World Showcase and then headed out to jump on the monorail. From the monorail, we could see that work has begun to remove old gray concrete left over from the Leave a Legacy monoliths. Soon, the front of the park will be open and have a totally fresh look!

  1. Wish I’d have known about all the Epcot construction, I’d have gone another time. And lack of directional signs was irritating to say the least. I guess the usual signs were covered by the construction walls😡

  2. Have you heard what’s the earliest we can get into Hollywood studios? We’ll be there in March and I’m reading people are getting in as early as 6:30 even though they’re still telling me park hrs are 9am…
