Welcome to EPCOT! At least, the parts not currently under construction. The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is well underway, so we’ll forgive the state of things around here to indulge in all the entertainment and food offerings around the park. When we arrive, we discovered the new Guest Experience Team, ready to assist guests.
EPCOT is the last park to receive a Guest Experience Team, but this temporary table and umbrella isn’t quite as elaborate as some of the other locations. We’re hopefully they’ll receive a better set up sometime soon.
It’s our lucky day. Or, “Loki” day. This new St. Patrick’s Day “It’s your Loki day” shirt is available in MouseGear for $24.99.
Art Defying Gravity is always fun to watch.
Don’t try this as home.
We appreciate all types of live entertainment in the parks.
We stopped to try out a little art of our own and pick up the latest postcard at the Expression Section paint by number mural. It’s free to participate, and all you have to do is pick up a paintbrush and a small cup of paint. Paint a few squares and receive a complimentary postcard.
A new 3D chalk art has been added.
This Cast Member in the United Kingdom was having fun modeling some merchandise.
We spotted Ariel near International Gateway. We had to stop and say hello to one of our favorite princesses.
A quick look at the construction in France. Things are moving along nicely and we can see even more details have been added around the buildings.
In China, there are some Chinese New Year specials in the Lotus Blossom Café. It might be time for some honeydew boba tea.
From the monorail, we can see some changes behind the construction walls, and the previous Figment mural.
Outside the park, the new security structure is starting to get a roof, but the surrounding area still needs a lot of work. It’s making progress, though.
A quick look at the fountain near Spaceship Earth.
Thanks for joining us around EPCOT today. There are many changes coming to EPCOT, so be sure to keep following WDWNT for more updates.
