This morning, we saw that the Guest Experience Team is now at EPCOT in two locations. A Cast Member is available on each end of the construction walls at Future World, before you reach the breezeways.

We saw the Cast Members already prepared to help guests navigate construction and answer their EPCOT questions. The podiums themselves may seem lacking in the theming department for Walt Disney World. But they will likely be themed (as they are at Disney’s Hollywood Studios) and include digital tip boards when construction in the area is complete.
The Guest Experience Team is a mobile guest relations option for guests in need of assistance with directions through new walkways and construction, FastPass+, Advance Dining Reservations and more.
Guest Experience Teams have already appeared at Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
You can also get DAS Return Times from these umbrella locations. Glad to see some finally pop up at Epcot.
