In the shadows of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, work is progressing all over the France Pavilion in the lead-up to the grand opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure later this summer. We saw the entrance arch installed just a couple days ago, and on our Disney Skyliner jaunt this morning, we saw even more!
We can see the newly installed gateway arch easily now. It will act as a new entrance of the addition to the France Pavilion.
There are still bags over many of the light poles around the area to preserve them from the elements.
As we got over the job site, we could tell some facade work had been done on the closest buildings to the Disney Skyliner in the last couple of days. Here, we see that the Creperie de Paris is nearly completed––at least on the outside, that is.
The lower level windows have been revealed and the facades appear ready for more elaborate theming.
Work is being done on the roof to install more themed pieces and bring the somewhat dull buildings to life.
We did see the installation of our first signage! What could be more important signage than this, the restroom! It’s an exciting time at EPCOT as there are so many projects going on. Projects change on a daily basis, so for day to day updates, make sure to keep checking WDWNT!
Nice to meet you today!
