PHOTOS: Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros Reopens in EPCOT With Regular Boat Sanitizing and Socially-Distanced Queuing
Greetings from EPCOT! We are back in the park and have been busy checking out all of the new health and safety updates which have been added to all of our favorite attractions in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are currently over in the World Showcase, so let’s go and say hola to Donald and ride the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros.
As we enter the small queue area, we can see new floor markers have been installed to show guests where to stand as they maintain proper social distancing from other parties.
Another new feature to this queue area is the addition of these Plexiglas dividers, running down each row of the tightly-packed, snaking queue. These provide a good level of protection between guests, in what is a considerably tightly-packed queue area.
After that, it’s off on our tour of Mexico!
As we reach the dock after our cruise, we are held up as a Cast Member wearing a face mask and face shield carefully spraying down each boat, to clean it thoroughly between each use. We have noticed practices like this on other attractions in the Walt Disney World parks, and it is reassuring to see.
Thank you for joining us on our Gran Fiesta Tour. Whilst you’re here, why not check out the new social distancing measures and updates which have been implemented over on Frozen Ever After, Spaceship Earth and Test Track in EPCOT?
