Disney’s Hollywood Studios Reservations Fully Booked for Passholders on Weekends Through November 7

As we approach the Fall season, we’re looking at varying availability at the parks in terms of reservations for guests with Theme Park Tickets, Disney Resort guests, and Annual Passholders. We’ve officially started seeing the first Disney Park Pass reservations go for the month of November, starting with the first Saturday of the month on November 7, which is currently fully booked for Annual Passholders at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Let’s take a look at the Disney Park Pass calendar and see what’s available in the coming months.

For Annual Passholders, September has yet to receive the blessing of replenished Park Pass availability. Because of this, you’re looking at very limited availability (i.e. mainly just EPCOT) and no availability at all on some weekends. There’s still some mid-week availability in the latter half of the month, however.

All weekends in October are now booked up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for Annual Passholders, with full availability Monday through Friday.

Also in October, we see a rare instance of Magic Kingdom being fully booked on Halloween, as guests are eager to take in the spooky decor and ambiance, despite the cancellation of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. We were previously able to confirm that the Magic Kingdom will be rolling out its classic fall decorations soon, but no exact date has been released as to when we should expect to see them return.

In November, the first Saturday of the month is now fully booked for Annual Passholders at Disney’s Hollywood Studios… I guess everyone wants to see Santa Gertie.

For Disney Resort hotel guests and guests with theme park tickets, we’ll only look at September, as it’s the only month impacted for these guests so far. As we’ve seen, Labor Day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be pretty packed, as no reservations are available for the entirety of the weekend and the Friday and Monday that bookend it, from September 4 to September 7.

Guests with Theme Park Tickets not staying at resorts have even more limited options for Labor Day weekend. EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios are no longer available on Saturday, September 5, and then on Sunday, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios are also no longer available. Disney’s Hollywood Studios is also booked on September 4, 7, and 12.

As we’ve seen over the course of the past week, Disney has been known to quietly replenish Park Pass availability for Annual Passholders, so we’ll keep checking to see if any “sold-out” days are show any sudden availability in the coming weeks.

Are you looking forward to making Disney Park Pass reservations in the coming months? Have you succeeded in getting the parks you want for your upcoming trips? Let us know in the comments.

  1. And while the Passholders continue to be under served…Disney complains that attendance is below expectations and has reduced park hours. The occasional release of slots from the other two groups does not allow passholders who don’t live in the WDW area to plan ahead. We now have over four weeks of data to better allocate the slots, but it’s easier to just cut the hours.
