Do you ever wish you could step into the world of “The Mandalorian”? With this new Baby Yoda Magic Shot inside Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can! In photographic form, at least.

Baby Yoda, otherwise known as The Child, floats alongside you and your family in his little hover pod in this new Magic Shot being offered by Disney PhotoPass. Next time you’re at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, head on over to the exit path leading over to Toy Story Land and you’ll find a PhotoPass photographer (we’ve seen them on either side of the path) waiting to take your photo with Baby Yoda. Do note that these Magic Shots do take a while to load onto your My Disney Experience account, so be patient, you must.

The lovable creature was made famous by the Disney+ series, “The Mandalorian”. The show debuted to critical acclaim and was even nominated for 15 Emmy Awards. If you want to take home your own Baby Yoda, you can find one that talks or one that’s especially good to cuddle right here at Walt Disney World.

  1. I think that having a meet and greet with the child and the Mandalorian next to Star Tours would be an even better idea. I think that Disney has a couple options they can do:

have the Star Tours area feature only original trilogy, prequel trilogy, and Mandalorian content- have a meet and greet with OT, PT, and Mandalorian characters where the Jedi Academy used to be. The flight missions should only involve OT, PT, or Mandalorian characters- they should get rid of Stars Wars Launch Bay and build a new land/attraction there (ex. Radiator Springs and get rid of Lightning McQueen’s racing academy- move the car animatronics over to the new land)

    or

Move everything Star Wars over to Galaxy’s Edge- have a new Star Tours type ride there, have meet and greets moved there in which all the Star Wars characters can be involved- ex. some kind of mystical building where any character can show up, etc. Put in new attraction where Star Tours is now

I think that Galaxy’s Edge can improve- put in Star Wars music throughout the land, put in another cantina that has music, aliens, and someone telling the tales of Luke Skywalker and the Jedi order. The props that were in Star Wars Launch Bay can be put into Galaxy’s Edge or put on display in the Backlot Express quick service restaurant. More movie props can be put in that restaurant as well.

Those are just my thoughts. I think that Galaxy’s Edge can be better.
