This morning many eager guests entered into Disney’s Hollywood Studios, ready to secure their Boarding Groups in order to ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
Unfortunately, Boarding Groups failed to distribute on the My Disney Experience app for the 10 AM slot, which is the first of the day.
This has left Boarding Group distribution altered for the rest of the day. The next release will be at 12 PM, followed by 2 PM.
This is not the first time that Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance has seen issues with their Boarding Groups, as the attraction tends to open late due to technical issues, leaving many guests wondering if they’ll even be able to experience the attraction.
What is the deal with this ride? Did they hire people who flunked engineering school? This thing is ALWAYS messing up in some way shape or form. If it’s not the ride itself, it’s the process for getting on the ride. It’s like the old 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea ride. It was constantly down and needing repair too. A great ride though just like this one is I’m sure (lost my chance at it for the first this past May).
