UPDATE: V.I.PASSHOLDER Support Phone Queue Currently at Capacity for Passholders Paid in Full, 2-Hour Wait for Passholders with Monthly Contracts Looking to Cancel

If you’re a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder looking to cancel your passes and/or seek a refund, you now have until midnight to join the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support phone queue thanks to an extension made earlier today. However, there is a bit of a caveat, as phone lines are either at capacity or seeing long wait times.

At this time, the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support phone queue for Annual Passholders paid in full is at capacity, and you may receive the following automated message when calling: “As volume allows, we will reopen when possible, so please try again later.” The number to call for Annual Passholders paid in full is (407) 939-7277.

The V.I.PASSHOLDER Support phone queue for Annual Passholders on a monthly payment plan is currently at just over a two-hour wait, or 130 minutes. An automated message informs Passholders to have their annual pass card number ready, or otherwise their contract number if they’re on a monthly plan, leading us to believe that this line may be equipped to process cancellations for Passholders paid in full. The number to call for Annual Passholders on the monthly payment plan is (888) 701-4100, Option 3.

Today marks the deadline for Annual Passholders wishing to cancel their passes to call in and request refunds.

Phone lines for V.I.PASSHOLDER Support will remain open past midnight tonight, however guests must be in the phone queue by midnight (ET). As long as you’re in the queue, your call will be handled by a Cast Member, even if it’s after midnight.

If applicable, refunds to original form of payment can be expected by mid- to late September. Refunds may take up to an additional month to receive if original form of payment is not available.

I waited 2.5 hours before I talked to someone. The cast member did say their systems were even running slow as well and said that you can use the chat feature at well to have a cast member put you in the que and they will call you back.

monthly payment plan line says they are closed! i have been calling for days and never got the email.
