Who’s ready for some more escargot in their diet? We sure are. L’Artisan Des Glaces has announced on their Instagram page that a new dish will be coming to the France Kiosk for the Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
The kiosk was notably without an escargot dish at the start of this year’s festival in July, but with the debut of new merchandise and the long-awaited return of new kiosks, it seems the festival is back in full stride.
Feuilleté d’Escargot à la Crème d’Ail et Persil, or Escargot in Puff Pastry with Garlic and Parsley Cream Sauce will debut tomorrow. It seems to be a hand pie of sorts with beautiful, crispy puff pastry surrounding and escargot inside, topped with a parsley cream sauce. We will be sure to be on-hand tomorrow to test it out when it debuts at the France Kiosk inside the France Pavilion at the Taste of EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival.

I had the escargot dish from France at the F&W Festival last year and it was so awful!
We couldn’t get enough of last year’s escargot in croissant. This looks equally délicieux!
