Construction walls have been added to the exterior of “it’s a small world.” This comes just after Walt Disney Imagineering filed a permit for graphic installation at the attraction.
The walls are on the righthand side of the attraction’s facade, where the attraction exits. This is also where the entrance to the attraction was until 2005.
It’s possible the entrance is being moved back in time for the park’s 50th anniversary next year.
It’s also possible that crowding at the current entrance necessitates going back to the old one. Or this may just be a refurbishment and the entrance won’t be switched at all.
The queue for “it’s a small world” was recently refurbished, and Plexiglass barriers were later added due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will continue to post updates about construction at “it’s a small world”, so keep checking WDWNT.com.
