After several months of construction work, the courtyard between Casey’s Corner and First Aid has reopened.

This pathway leads to backstage and could be used as a bypass for entering and exiting the park during peak crowds. This is in preparation for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary in one year, where a new nighttime spectacular is expected.
A scrim remains up around one area to the side of Casey’s Corner.
This portion of pavement is blocked off for wet paint, but will become an expanded seating area for Casey’s Corner.
It’s nice to have more space in this corner of Magic Kingdom, especially right now when social distancing is a must. Though Casey’s Corner has yet to reopen, we have seen some signs of preparation inside.
